Illegal U-Turn by Semi-Truck on Florida Turnpike Leaves 3 De*d A semi-truck tried to make a U-turn at an “Official Use Only” turn and crossed in front of a minivan in the left lane. The driver of the minivan was unable to avoid the semi-truck. The 30-year-old driver of the minivan and his two passengers, a 37-year-old woman and a 54-year-old man, all sadly passed away. The driver of the semi-truck and the passenger were not injured.
